Same old same old

Another busy day in work today. So enjoyable and really productive. I know it’s only been a week but I Had hoped to see some weight loss by now, which I haven’t Really besides 1 pounds which is water weight. today’s been okay.

I ate two boiled eggs and an apple for breakfast. lunch was shepards pie and s no added sugar yoghurt. popcorn as a snack. For dinner I’ll have two slices of whole-grain bread with a mashed banana. And a little something else.

I must keep on trying even though I’m finding it difficult to eat smaller portions, I find that I eat quite a lot of food. Usually I’m picking on bits here and there and all of those calories add up!!

I’m off tomorrow and I can’t wait to make some kind of delicious healthy recipe for dinner. I think I will also make a big batch of soup that I can bring with me to work next week. I love making soups, so wholesome, filling and yummy.

Cannot wait to get home tonight, to put my feet up with a good movie and relax after a hard days work.
